Project Manager

Goodwin William Staffing is seeking a Project Manager to join our team/work with one of our construction clients in Charlottesville, VA. Applicants should be comfortable working on 10 - 20 million-dollar-plus projects in a lead role. Familiar with scheduling, team building, contract, and cost management. Our client promotes a healthy work-life balance.

Direct Hire / Full Benefits Package / Bonus Structure

Annual Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

Typical Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

• Project Management - 3 years (preferred)
• Construction Experience - 5 years (preferred)
• Bachelor's (preferred)
• Familiarity with Viewpoint ERP is a plus
