Production Assemblers 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Virginia Beach, VA)

Goodwin William Staffing is seeking Production Assemblers for our client in Virginia Beach. Applicants with some production assembly or manufacturing experience are preferred, but entry-level candidates will also be considered. Candidates should be able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-work-oriented environment where constant motion is required. The ability to speak, understand, and follow directions in English is required (bilingual candidates are welcome but must speak and understand English). Applicants must be available to work full-time hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS

• Some manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and be coached
• Ability to speak, understand, and follow directions in English (bilingual candidates are great but must speak and understand English)
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Able to standing for prolonged periods of time
• Capable of performing repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
• Wears the appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) as required
