Commercial Masonry Estimator (Charlottesville, VA)

Goodwin William Staffing is seeking an experienced Commercial Masonry Estimator for our client in Charlottesville, VA. In this role, you will provide detailed estimates, budgets, cost planning, and scope reviews. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of commercial masonry construction experience working on a variety of commercial construction projects. The person in this position will work on multiple projects, track and pursue outstanding bids with clients, and develop relationships, while also working closely with project management teams to ensure all expectations are met.

Salary is $75,000 - $125,000 based on experience.

Schedule is Monday to Friday with weekends as needed.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

• Must have computer skills and experience in masonry estimating.
• Ability to learn the estimating software provided by the client.
• Ability to utilize on screen take-offs in all facets of masonry projects.
• Will have outstanding organizational and management skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills.
